We are so glad you have chosen to begin your yoga journey with Udaya. The path you’ve selected is an exciting one; expect wonderful things to take place within your mind, body and soul. Yoga is the first step to a full life focused on your dreams and desires. It creates space for new thoughts, new feelings and new opportunities. Yoga is the process of unraveling past events to help you be freer in the present moment, and fully aware of the beauty of life.

A consistent yoga practice provides amazing physical results, specifically a stronger, leaner and more flexible body. However, the most significant changes occur within your mind and spirit. Embrace this opportunity to awaken your mind and enliven your soul.

When practicing yoga, it is best to wear comfortable clothing.  Please bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat to each class.  Don't have a mat?  Udaya sells yoga mats, as well as water.   If you have more questions, visit our FAQ page.
